Bio

Luvi Gallese, born in Avezzano on October 14, 2000, began studying violin at the age of 7 in Avezzano with Professor Beatrice Ciofani. She entered the conservatory at the age of 15, attending the Academic Three-Year Course under the guidance of M. Giuliano Bisceglia, simultaneously perfecting herself with M. Lorenzo Fabiani and M. Carlo Maria Parazzoli. She graduated in July 2019 with a grade of 110/110 with honors. Since she was a child, she has participated in numerous competitions including “Marco dall’Aquila”, “Premio Clivis”, “Premio Crescendo” and “Riviera Etrusca” always obtaining excellent results (first prize and first overall). From the age of 11, she has played with the Juniorchestra of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, covering the role of shoulder of the first violins, under the direction of important directors including Maestro Pappano. Since 2014 she has been part of the project “Il Sistema” participating in important concerts including a concert at the Teatro Argentina in Rome (2014) the Christmas Concert at the Senate (2016) conducted by Maestro Gianna Fratta, the concert at the Chamber of Deputies (01/12/2019) in which she plays the role of shoulder. In the summer of 2018 she was admitted and attended the advanced training course in violin with Maestro Salvatore Accardo at the Chigiana music academy in Siena.

In May 2019 she won the Anxanum competition receiving the diploma of honor and the first absolute prize also at the Rotary club Teramo competition. During the summer of 2019 she attended masterclasses with Maestro Daniele Orlando and Maestro Marco Fiorini and the prestigious international masterclass “Garda Lake Music Academy Master” with Maestro Marco Rizzi. She obtained the second level two-year course in violin soloist at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome under the guidance of Maestro Fiorini in October 2021 with a grade of 110/110. She attended the international academy “Incontri col Maestro” in Imola under the guidance of Maestro Maurizio Sciarretta. In June 2020 she was admitted to the Musikhochschule in Mannheim under the guidance of Maestro Noè Inui. She collaborates regularly with numerous orchestras including “I Solisti Aquilani” and the “Cherubini” youth orchestra directed by Maestro Muti. Since July 2023, she has been an assistant violinist at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna and in April 2024 she was ranked third in the auditions for violin in a row at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, with which she currently collaborates.
